We charge a minimum of one hour's labour. Daily rates are available depending on the work required. Prices are for one engineer on site.
Transparent pricing

For any job undertaken, there is a mandatory minimum charge covering the first hour. If the work extends beyond this period, additional charges will be computed for each subsequent 30-minute interval.
Regarding materials provided by Help Fix My Boiler, they follow a specific pricing model. These materials will be billed at trade prices with an additional 25% markup. On top of this, applicable VAT will be added.
Furthermore, this hourly charge policy applies universally, including any work conducted by drainage and boiler engineers, ensuring consistency in the charging process. To ensure transparency and comprehensive billing, additional expenses such as parking and waste removal will be calculated and added to the final invoice, offering a complete view of the service costs.
Free estimate for boiler installations
All quotations are free for the installation of bathrooms, kitchen plumbing or complete new plumbing/gas central heating systems. It will be necessary for us to survey the property before being able to produce an accurate detailed quotation and we therefore carry out a free home visit before providing the quotation or commencing any work.
No hidden charges
There are no hidden charges for travelling to your property.
Material collection
In some instances a non stock item may need to be collected and the time taken to do this will be included in the hourly charge, capped at a maximum of one hour.
Payment
Full payment must be made by credit card or debit card as soon as we have carried out our visit to your property.
